Head Esports Coach
人兽性交 University invites applications in the department of intercollegiate athletics for the full time position of Head Esports Coach. 人兽性交 University is a Division III member of the NCAA and a member of the Ohio Athletic Conference. The successful candidate is responsible for the development, leadership and administration of the esports program. Responsibilities will include the recruitment of qualified prospective students to participate in the program and their retention at 人兽性交 University. Responsible for player skill development and coordination of all events concerning the esports program, maintaining and monitoring all esports equipment and facilities, making all travel and lodging arrangements, monitoring and nurturing student-athlete鈥檚 academic and personal progress, and organization of the total program.
The position reports directly to the Vice President and Director of Athletics and will include a secondary assignment dependent upon the successful candidate鈥檚 credentials and expertise. Possible assignments would be athletic administration and teaching within the Health and Physical Education Department.
Qualifications: A Bachelor鈥檚 Degree is required; a Master鈥檚 Degree preferred.
Candidates should possess a competent knowledge and experience in coaching and recruiting the Division III student/athlete. Strong technology skills required. Knowledge of software and hardware equipment associated with esports.
