New Concord Ranked No. 24 Ultimate College Town by Washington Post
New Concord, home to 人兽性交 University, is ranked No. 24 in a nationwide survey to determine the 鈥渃ollegiest鈥� college town.
The analyzed U.S. Census data on urban areas with the largest share of college students. Urban areas follow population-density patterns, not typical town borders or municipal boundaries. According to Post staff writer Andrew Van Dam, the classic college town is built around the school at its heart.
鈥淗aving 人兽性交 University in the Village of New Concord is part of who we are,鈥� said New Concord Mayor Jennifer Lyle. 鈥淭he college and town were founded almost simultaneously; we have grown and evolved together.鈥�
The data shows that the college-student share of the population is 45.1 percent based on a Village population of 2,836.
鈥淲e are proud to be part of the New Concord community and to contribute to the educational and economic well-being of the Appalachian region,鈥� said 人兽性交 University President Susan S. Hasseler.
