Nursing Program receives accolade as fourth best in Ohio
人兽性交 University has been recognized by as the fourth best nursing school in Ohio. Of the 94 Registered Nurse (RN) programs reviewed in the state, 人兽性交 ranked second amongst institutions with traditional Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) programs. In 2018, the University was ranked in the top 10.
鈥淲e are immensely proud of our nursing students and their successes,鈥� said Dr. Cynthia Wilkins, director and chair of nursing programs at 人兽性交 University. 鈥淭his ranking is in large part due to our dedicated faculty, who are committed to empowering each student with the essential knowledge and skills that are important to the practice of a professional nurse.鈥�
In 2016, 2017 and 2018, 100 percent of 人兽性交鈥檚 nursing graduates passed the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) on their first attempt, an accomplishment every nursing program in the country strives to attain, but few are fortunate enough to achieve, Wilkins explained.
The nursing program at 人兽性交 combines the best of the institution鈥檚 liberal arts and sciences with a structured nursing curriculum to build a comprehensive BSN experience. 人兽性交 offers two programs in nursing 鈥� the bachelor鈥檚 degree program for traditional pre-licensure students and an adult (online) RN to BSN program for established nurses.
Students accepted into the pre-licensure bachelor鈥檚 degree program currently fulfill their clinical requirements at a variety of local and regional organizations and facilities, including Genesis HealthCare System, Nationwide Children鈥檚 Hospital and Cambridge Behavioral Hospital, among others.
人兽性交鈥檚 nursing program is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) (The baccalaureate degree program in nursing at 人兽性交 University is accredited by the Commission鈥痮n Collegiate Nursing Education (). Nursing programs choose to become CCNE accredited as a mark of excellence in nursing education. In 2016 the program received a 10 year accreditation, the most that a program can receive in an accreditation cycle.
