MBA Program Launched
人兽性交 University recently launched a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree program. Applications are being accepted now for the fall semester, which begins on Aug. 26, 2024.
The program provides both recent graduates and experienced professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in today鈥檚 rapidly changing business environment. It is offered fully online in an asynchronous course format and can be completed in one year.
鈥淥ur MBA program is unique in that it is both high-tech and high-touch,鈥 explained Dr. Robert McManus, 人兽性交鈥檚 Executive Director of Business and Applied Leadership. 鈥淭he curriculum provides learners with essential business skills in accounting, finance, marketing, and strategy, along with the people skills and leadership skills needed to accomplish organizational goals. Examples of high-touch courses include Leadership Literacy, High Impact Communication, and Design Thinking, which focuses on problem solving as a cooperative and iterative process."
鈥淎nother unique aspect of the program is our mentor pairing,鈥 Dr. McManus said. 鈥淓ach MBA student is paired with a business professional to help our students build social capital and learn how to apply their newly acquired knowledge to the world of work. Many of our mentors are 人兽性交 alumni, and we welcome inquiries from additional alumni who may be interested in becoming mentors.鈥
Individuals who hold a bachelor鈥檚 degree in any field are eligible to apply for the program. On-line 鈥渓eveling up鈥 course modules are offered on key topics for those whose undergraduate degrees are in non-business fields.
鈥淐urrent 人兽性交 undergraduates can also choose to add an additional year to their studies and earn an MBA that is competitive, flexible, and designed to accelerate careers,鈥 noted Provost Dr. Jennifer Dugan.
The new program has received approval from the Ohio Department of Higher Education and the Higher Learning Commission. 人兽性交 is a member of the Accrediting Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).
