Athletic Teams Host Youth Camps
人兽性交 University鈥檚 athletic teams hosted a growing number of youth sports camps throughout the summer of 2024.
鈥淭he increased number of youth camps hosted by our coaches and programs continues to showcase our appreciation for our local communities within the region,鈥 said 鈥08, 鈥10G. 鈥淭he educational and social aspects of our athletic camps benefit campers, camp counselors, and coaches alike. We ultimately hope that our camps build a deeper love for the game in the lives of our participants and their families.鈥
Football held their Elite High School Football Camp in June, welcoming 75 high school students. 鈥淪tudents came from throughout Ohio as well as from Pennsylvania and West Virginia,鈥 said . 鈥淚t was the most well-attended camp to date, and we received very positive feedback on the instructions and coaching from our Muskie Football coaching staff and players.鈥
The June Men鈥檚 Lacrosse camp brought 59 high school student-athletes from seven different states to 人兽性交鈥檚 campus. Campers took part in multiple drills, positional specific training, station work, and scrimmage games. They and their families also enjoyed a campus tour, Q&A sessions with 人兽性交 players and coaches, and an admission information session. 鈥20G said, 鈥淲hat makes our camp special is the energy our current players bring to their interactions with the high school students. We have many repeat campers.鈥 The team鈥檚 next high school camp will take place in September.
Men鈥檚 Basketball hosted a June camp for 40 youths aged 6-14. In July, they held a high school team camp, with 15 high school varsity basketball programs on campus competing against each other. 鈥淢ultiple men鈥檚 basketball alumni came back to help coach the team camp, which was great,鈥 noted . A prospect camp for high school student-athletes will be held on Sept. 15.

In July, Volleyball hosted 36 middle and high school students for the Ohio Elite Club鈥檚 pre-tryout skills clinic and also welcomed more than 60 K-6 graders for a mini camp on the fundamentals of volleyball. 鈥淲e were so excited to have these young athletes in our gym,鈥 reflected '18. 鈥淵outh camps provide a great opportunity for our current 人兽性交 students to connect to our regional community in a fun atmosphere.鈥

Twenty-six high school students from states across the country attended the June Bowling Camp and Scholarship Tournament. said, 鈥淭heir experience focused on both the mental and physical aspects of the game through classroom sessions and lane practice. They also toured the campus, stayed overnight in a residence hall, and competed in the tournament the next day.鈥

Baseball, STUNT/Cheer, and Women鈥檚 Lacrosse also hosted summer youth camps.
