人兽性交 University鈥檚 WMCO placed first in the category of Best Public Service Announcement (PSA) at the College Broadcasters Inc. (CBI) National Student Production Awards. The award was presented at the 2017 National Student Electronic Media Convention, held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in late October.

WMCO鈥檚 winning production, PSA 鈥 I Am, was produced by Lindsey Grafe 鈥16. Nationally, there were 900 entries for the production awards across 24 categories. PSA 鈥 I Am aims to promote the dangers of driving under the influence. 鈥淚t鈥檚 something that people 鈥 especially young people 鈥 think will never happen to them,鈥 said Grafe. 鈥淚 thought up a way to make it real, to make it something that could happen, where they can easily put themselves in both the victim鈥檚 and the driver鈥檚 shoes.鈥

Grafe attended the convention in 2015 and 鈥渃ame back inspired,鈥 said Dr. Lisa Marshall, WMCO radio station manager and associate professor of communication. Grafe attended a wide variety of sessions, each providing useful information to use in her role as WMCO鈥檚 Promotions Director. Listening and seeing the winning pieces during the 2015 production awards, she was driven to produce a piece that would make 2016 attendees 鈥渢hink the same things I was thinking in that moment and hopefully inspire others along the way,鈥 said Grafe.

人兽性交 student broadcasters who attended the National Student Electronic Media Convention and accepted the award on behalf of WMCO were: Andrew Dunlap 鈥18 of Coshocton; Aaron Eno 鈥17 of New Concord; Ashley Glazer 鈥18 of New Philadelphia; Anna Kramig 鈥18 of Oxford; Rachel Schlarb 鈥18 of West Lafayette; and Zach Vinski 鈥18 of Claysville, PA.

CBI represents students involved in radio, television, webcasting and other related media and ensures a commitment to education and the student pursuit of excellence.
