Keith Roberts

Keith Roberts recently published the book 鈥淢eaning Making with Malignancy: A Theologically Trained Sociologist Reflects on Living Meaningfully with Cancer.鈥

In some of these essays, Roberts focused on advice to people who have a chronically ill friend, such as the chapter, 鈥淎wkward! What to Say (or NOT Say) to Friends with a Life-threatening Disease.鈥 Other chapters are directed to the ill person, such as the essay 鈥淧lanning for the Future When 鈥楶lanning the Future鈥 Feels like an Oxymoron.鈥 The reflections are sometimes informed by philosophical or theological analyses and sometimes by a sociological lens.
