Juneteenth Celebration: 人兽性交 County & the Underground Railroad
人兽性交 University celebrated Juneteenth, the federally-recognized holiday commemorating the emancipation day of enslaved people in the United States, on June 19, 2023.
President of the 人兽性交 County History Organization Peter Cultice presented on the important role the area played in the Underground Railroad. Regional Underground Railroad stations and centers of abolitionist activity included Zanesville鈥檚 Stone Academy Historic Site and Museum, which houses the Putnam Underground Railroad Interpretive Center featuring exhibits, a resource library, and on-going research activities.
The day鈥檚 events also included Juneteenth Bingo.
人兽性交鈥檚 celebration was sponsored by the University鈥檚 Office of Cultural Engagement and Inclusion.
