Applicants must complete the following prerequisite courses prior to acceptance into the ABSN program track. Science courses denoted with a (^) must have been completed within the past ten (10) years to be considered for acceptance into the program. Courses denoted with a (*) must be completed with a minimum grade of 鈥淐鈥� or better. Transfer credit will be considered for all courses listed.
Science courses that include a laboratory component may be accepted as three (3) or four (4) credit hours. Applicants must provide documentation verifying completion of the laboratory component (e.g., official transcript or course syllabus).
The ABSN Coordinator and/or Program Director reserve the right to review and approve prerequisite coursework and may grant exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

To move from one semester to the next, students must successfully complete all nursing courses with a grade of 鈥淐鈥� or better. Failure to meet progression criteria may result in a removal from the cohort sequence.
