人兽性交鈥檚 ABSN Program is a cohort-based program that begins each fall. Applications are accepted year-round, and students are encouraged to apply early to secure a spot in the upcoming cohort. To be considered for fall admission to the ABSN program, applications must be submitted by June 30.

The program follows a hybrid format:

• Online coursework and in-person coursework
• In-person classes and labs on campus in New Concord, Ohio
• Clinical rotations with partner healthcare sites

Applicants must hold a bachelor鈥檚 degree in a non-nursing field with a minimum 2.7 GPA. Transfer coursework may be evaluated for GPA and credit toward prerequisites.

No. The Accelerated BSN (ABSN) program is designed for students who hold a bachelor鈥檚 degree in another discipline and are not licensed RNs. If you are already an RN, you may be eligible for 人兽性交鈥檚 RN-to-BSN program.

Applicants must complete the following prerequisite courses prior to acceptance into the ABSN program track. Science courses denoted with a (^) must have been completed within the past ten (10) years to be considered for acceptance into the program. Courses denoted with a (*) must be completed with a minimum grade of 鈥淐鈥� or better. Transfer credit will be considered for all courses listed.

Science courses that include a laboratory component may be accepted as three (3) or four (4) credit hours. Applicants must provide documentation verifying completion of the laboratory component (e.g., official transcript or course syllabus).

The ABSN Coordinator and/or Program Director reserve the right to review and approve prerequisite coursework and may grant exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Required prerequisite courses include:

• Anatomy & Physiology I (with lab) 鈥� 3鈥�4 credits ^*
• Anatomy & Physiology II (with lab) 鈥� 3鈥�4 credits ^*
• General Chemistry (with lab) 鈥� 3鈥�4 credits ^*
• Microbiology (with lab) 鈥� 3鈥�4 credits ^*
• Nutrition 鈥� 3 credits *
• Statistics 鈥� 3 credits

Prerequisites may be completed at 人兽性交 University (many available online) or any accredited college. Always confirm transferability with the Registrar鈥檚 Office before enrolling elsewhere.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and must be submitted by June 30, 2026, for fall 2026 enrollment. Applicants must provide official transcripts in the online application.

The Accelerated BSN program is a full-time, lockstep program completed in 15 months (4 consecutive semesters) starting each fall.

The ABSN program requires 68 credit hours beyond prerequisite coursework.

Students typically complete 15鈥�18 credit hours per semester, including online coursework, labs, and clinical rotations.

No. The Accelerated BSN is a full-time, intensive program and cannot be completed on a part-time basis.

In-person classes and labs are held on 人兽性交鈥檚 campus in New Concord, Ohio. Online coursework takes place on Canvas, our online learning platform.

Clinical rotations are held in New Concord and surrounding areas such as Zanesville, Cambridge, and Newark. Pediatric rotations take place at Nationwide Children鈥檚 Hospital in Columbus.

Due to the program鈥檚 intensity, full-time work is discouraged. Some students manage limited part-time hours, but this should be discussed with your advisor.
